What is 360° Rewards?
360° Rewards programme allows qualified Standard Chartered Credit Cardholders to earn points on card spend, at the same time, be rewarded for all banking accounts with us, including Deposits, Structured Investments Series, Premium Deposit, Investments, Insurance, Personal Installment Loan and Mortgage.

You can then redeem these points for an array of offers. 360° Rewards for Standard Chartered Credit Card also gives you the flexibility of combining other Standard Chartered Credit Cards to top up your points, or even transferring your points to friends and family members who carry Standard Chartered/MANHATTAN Credit Cards.
Are all my credit cards eligible for redeeming points or CashBack via this site?
Redemption of points is only applicable to qualified Standard Chartered Credit Cards under 360° Rewards Points / qualified MANHATTAN Credit Cards under Bonus Points ("Qualified Cards") including:

How can I register this rewards site?
For existing Online Banking customers
No registration is required. You may simply use your self-defined 8-16 characters Standard Chartered Online Banking Username & Password to login to this reward site.

For non-existing Online banking customers
Once you have registered for Online Banking, you can auto-enrol to this reward site as well. For Online Banking registration, please click here.
I have more than one credit card. Do I need to register each of them in order to enquire my total rewards points or CashBack earned via this rewards site?
No. You just need to use any one of your valid Standard Chartered Credit Cards (excluding supplementary cards) for registration. All points or CashBack accumulated via all your other eligible credit cards will be automatically consolidated to your online 360° Rewards account.
If I am not a Standard Chartered Bank customer, can I access this rewards site?
Yes, you can still access the rewards site and browse the catalogue, read information, etc. However, you will not be able to redeem points and CashBack unless you have a Standard Chartered credit card that has sufficient points or CashBack for redemption, as that would only be done after login.
How do I sign up for a Standard Chartered Bank credit card?
Apply for a card.
Do I need to register for this site to view the rewards catalogue?
No. You can browse the catalogue without registering or logging in. You only need to register and login in order to redeem your 360° Rewards Points / CashBack.

What is my Username and Password for login?
For existing Online Banking customer
Simply use your self-defined 8-16 characters Standard Chartered Online Banking Username and Password to login.

For registered Online Rewards user
Simply use the same credentials created for the Online Rewards Redemption before.
Where can I find the quick access to login this rewards site?
Login access is provided in the top menu across most pages of the site.
What should I do if I have forgotten my Username and Password?
For existing Online Banking customer
You can reset your Username and Password by following a few simple steps: please click here for details.

For registered Online Rewards user
You can register for Online Banking, the newly created Username and Password will need to be used for accessing this rewards site as well.
Can I change my Password?
For existing Online Banking customer
Yes, you can login to Standard Chartered Online Banking and change your Password anytime. Please click here to login our Online Banking.

For registered Online Rewards user
Sorry, password is only changeable via Online Banking. For Online Banking registration, please click here.
Can I have a separate Username and Password to login Online Banking and this rewards site?
No, sorry that for security reasons, only one set of Username and Password would be kept with the bank. Please use the Online Banking login credentials to login both.
If I'm a registered user for Online Rewards Redemption site, and later registered for Online Banking, which set of Username and Password should I use for this reward site login?
You will need to use the Username and Password created by you most recently, please use the Online Banking Username and Password to access the rewards site.
Can I use the Username and Password that I have for 360° Rewards Redemption site to access Online Banking?
No. If you are not registered for Online Banking and / or had registered for this site before , you cannot use the same Username and Password to access Online Banking.

However, once you have registered for Online Banking, the newly created Username and Password will be applicable to the reward site as well.
What should I do if I’m not able to login even I have input the correct Password?
Should you encounter any difficulties during login, please call our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2886 8868 (Press 2,6,0 to talk to our Customer Service Representative).

One-time Password

What is One-time Password (OTP)?
OTP is an enhanced security feature at 360° Rewards Platform. When engaging in online rewards redemption, an OTP will be sent to your mobile phone number via SMS. You must input the OTP in order to complete the applicable online rewards redemption. The Service is only applicable to the Principal Cardholder with a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number registered with the credit card system of the Bank.
What are the benefits of OTP?
OTP provides an additional of protection by authenticating your online rewards redemption at 360° Rewards Platform.
Do I need to register my Standard Chartered Credit Card to enjoy this service?
Registration for the OTP is not required. However, the Service is only applicable to the Principal Cardholder with a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number registered with the credit card system of the Bank.
Can OTP be sent to any mobile phone number?
Only a local mobile phone number starts with 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 is applicable. Cardholders with mobile phone numbers starting with other digit are not able to complete online rewards redemption transactions. You may perform rewards redemption transactions via our Customer Service Hotline at 2886 4111 (Standard Chartered Credit Card) or 2881 0888 (MANHATTAN Card).
If I do not have a mobile phone number registered with the Bank, can I still perform online rewards redemption?
No, you cannot make online rewards redemption transaction via 360° Rewards Platform. To enjoy this service, please submit the Change of Customer Information Request Form to the Bank for updating your mobile phone number in the credit card system of the Bank.
How can I update my mobile phone number in the credit card system of the Bank?
You can update your mobile phone number by the following channels:

1. Download the Change of Customer Information Request Form and mail it back to the Bank
2. Visit any of our branch to submit the Change of Customer Information Request Form
3. Call our Customer Service Hotline at 2886 4111 (Standard Chartered Credit Card) or 2881 0888 (MANHATTAN Card) for the Change of Customer Request Form and mail back to the Bank.
Can my supplementary cardholder enjoy this service?
The service is only applicable to the Principal Cardholder with a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number registered with the credit card system of the Bank.
What should I do if I do not receive the OTP?
If you do not receive OTP within 30 seconds, you may click "Resend OTP". You should also verify if your mobile phone number registered with the credit card system of the Bank is updated and valid.
What happens if I key in a wrong OTP for many times?
The system will reject your online rewards redemption request, please try again to re-submit your rewards redemption request.
When does the OTP expire? What should I do if I am not able to confirm the transaction before the OTP expires?
The OTP will only valid for a certain period after issuance. You can click “Resend OTP” to request for another OTP.
Can I receive an OTP when I am overseas?
We will send the OTP according to your mobile phone number in our record. If you are overseas or using overseas mobile service providers, the service provider may not support international SMS. Please consult your service provider and / or hardware supplier for details.

Rewards Account Management

How can I view my 360° Rewards Points or CashBack's summary?
After login, click on Account Summary under ‘My Account'.
Does the Point Summary table display the points and CashBack that I have across all my credit cards with the Bank?
The Account Summary under ‘My Account’ displays the points available for redemption across all participating credit cards in the program. The card numbers are indicated next to the points in the Points Summary table. Please note that there may be some credit cards which are not eligible for online redemption and are therefore not included in the displayed list.
How can I view the status of my previous orders?
You can view the status via the Order History under ‘My Account’. By clicking on any order number, you will be able to view the specific order details.
How can I know the expiry date on my 360° Rewards Points and CashBack?
Your Points and CashBack expiry details can be found under the ‘Points Expiry’ and “CashBack Expiry” table via Account Summary under “My Account’.

Earning & Redeeming Points

How can I earn 360° Rewards Points?
  • For every Hong Kong dollar you spend with your Standard Chartered Credit Card, you can earn 1 point.

How do I redeem the points that I have earned?
You can redeem points online through 360° Rewards:

Steps:
1. Visit https://sc.com/hk/rewards
2. If you are a First Time User, register for Online Banking and the newly created Username and Password will be used for accessing this rewards site. Click Here to Register
3. Login and redeem Points to Cash or Air Miles.
4. Select your rewards, indicate quantity and add to cart.
5. Confirm your redemption upon Checkout.

For Air Miles redemptions, miles will be credited into relevant mileage programme account within 4 to 6 weeks.

How do I know how many points I have for redemption?
Points available for redemption in your reward account can be seen once you login using your Username and Password in the Account Summary section. After login, the Catalogue Tab on the top of the page also displays your total available points.

How are Points deducted from my account once I confirm an order?
The Bank will deduct Points based on expiry date, earlier-expired points will be deducted first. Therefore, you won’t be requested to specify the cards from which the points would be deducted.
How do I know from which of my credit cards will the points be deducted?
The Bank will deduct Points based on expiry date, earlier-expired points will be deducted first. Therefore, you will not be requested to specify the cards from which the points would be deducted. You can refer to your Account Summary on this reward site for the balance of Points.
Are all my credit cards eligible for redeeming points via this site?

Is there any threshold for redemption of Air Miles and any Terms and Conditions of using the Air Miles?
Redemption of Air Miles must be made in multiples of 15,000 points and the minimum redemption points required is 15,000 points. Terms and conditions of relevant partner programme apply to miles redemptions. For details, please visit www.asiamiles.com or visit www.krisflyer.com .

Earning & Redeeming CashBack

How can I earn CashBack?
CashBack can only be earned as per product feature on relevant Standard Chartered CashBack Credit Cards under CashBack Scheme.
Redemption of CashBack is only applicable to qualified cards under CashBack Programme ("Qualified CashBack Cards") including:

  • Standard Chartered executive platinum Credit Card
  • Standard Chartered executive Credit Card
  • Click-a-Count Titanium Credit Card
  • MANHATTAN Platinum Credit Card
  • MAHHATTAN Titanium Credit Card

Why is the CashBack not credited to the statement directly?
You can now accumulate CashBack and offset your spending, or choose to redeem for cash.
What is Get Cash?
You can choose to redeem CashBack for cash by crediting the CashBack to your statement. The minimum threshold for CashBack redemption is HK$50 per account.
How do I redeem the CashBack that I have earned?
You can redeem your accumulated CashBack online through 360° Rewards:

How do I know how much accumulated CashBack I have?
CashBack available for redemption can be seen once you login using your Username and Password in the top left corner of the CashBack page. You can also, click on Account Summary under ‘My Account' to check your CashBack balance.
What can I get for my accumulated CashBack?
You can choose to offset your spending, or redeem the accumulated CashBack to your credit card account. The minimum threshold for CashBack redemption is HKD50 per account.
