1 The 360° Rewards Program
The Program is valid only on select Standard Chartered Credit Cards. Inner Circle Platinum and the Emirates-SCB co-branded credit cards are not covered under

1.1 The Program is a Rewards Points scheme which rewards you with points based on the amount you have spent using your Card(s).
1.2 You agree to participate in the Program in accordance with these Terms, which must be read together with the Customer Terms (see section on bonus points
scheme), Credit Card Terms and any documents which forms our banking agreement.
1.3 To participate in the Program, your card accounts must be in good standing, as we determine in our discretion. All benefits accrued under the Program by
the Principal or Supplementary Cardholder will be given to the Principal Cardholder.
1.4 If you are the Principal Cardholder, you will be entitled to use the Rewards Points for redemption of Reward. Your Supplementary Cardholder will not be
entitled to perform the redemption.
1.5 In the below circumstances, Cardholder will not be eligible under the Program if we determine, in our sole discretion that:
your card account has been blocked, classified as blocked by the bank, suspended, terminated or closed;
you face legal proceedings or are under threat of so;
any of your accounts with us are delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted for any reason; and
you are or are potentially in breach of our banking agreement.
1.6 If we disqualify you from the Program, all your unused Rewards Points will be cancelled and no longer be available for use under the
1.7 If you are the Principal Cardholder and you terminate your Supplementary Card, you will still be eligible to participate in the Program only for the
Rewards Points earned on your Primary Card.
1.8 If there is any inconsistency between:
the Customer Terms and these Terms, these terms will prevail; and,
the terms of the Program and any specific terms (such as specific redemption promotions), the specific terms prevail; and
the English version of our banking agreement and any translation, the English version prevails.
1.9 All references to transactions and/ or redemption timings mentioned on the rewards website are as per Hong Kong Standard Time (GMT +8), unless stated
2 How the Program works
2.1 We award you points for each [ Rupee ] that you spend based on the total amount of select card retail transactions effected on a [daily] basis and rounded
the nearest point. Please refer to the Credit Card section of the website for more details.
2.2 Bank, at it’s discretion, may also award Rewards Points for any other transactions either for specific period or for specific situations.
2.3 Bank does not include the following in the computation of Rewards Points under the Program:
Cash Advances or cash withdrawals at ATMs,
Annual fees charged for the cards
Interest or finance charges levied on card outstanding
Late payment and collection charges
Fees and charges levied and reversed from card accounts
Charges incurred but not yet submitted by the merchant or posted to your credit card account
Amounts which have been rolled over from preceding month's outstanding
Tax refunds from overseas purchases
Pay portion for a Points Plus Pay Rewards Points redemption, where you use Rewards Points along with paying a specific amount to redeem the reward
Balance transfer to your Card Account
Purchase or top up of prepaid cards
2.4 Bank may change or vary the rate at which the Rewards Points are awarded and redeemed. The rate/value at which vouchers/products/any other item is redeemed is dynamic, varies from item to item and is subject to change at any time without any notice. Customers need to refer to the catalogue during the time of redemption for the applicable rate.
2.5 Unless Bank offers you the ability to redeem Rewards Points using our Points Plus Pay feature, you must have the number of Rewards Points required to redeem the Rewards Points in your accounts at the time the order is made. If you do not have enough Rewards Points, we reject your request to redeem the Reward.
2.6 If Bank cancels your card and a new credit Card Account is subsequently opened, we do not transfer points accrued under the previous Card Account to the new Card Account, unless we agree otherwise.
2.7 Bank may suspend the calculation and accrual of Rewards Points to adjust any calculation that we deem appropriate. We need not give you notice or a reason if we do so. For example, adjustments will be made if there are any credits posted to a Card Account including those arising from returned goods and services or from billing disputes.
2.8 Subject to the provisions of this Program and unless we agree, Rewards Points accrued under the Program are not transferable, whether by law or otherwise, to any person or entity.
2.9 In case agreed by the Bank, Rewards Points accrued under the Program are transferable, with application of relevant redemption fee.
2.10 Rewards Points accrued under this Program have no cash or monetary value.
2.11 Rewards Points accrued on one Primary Card may be combined with Rewards Points accrued on another Primary Card for the purposes of Reward redemption.
2.12 Bank may inform you on confirmation of redemption request via SMS in which we may provide an option to report fraudulent redemption requests via SMS. All charges on such SMS will be borne by customer and any subsequent cancellation of Reward will be done on best case effort. E voucher and m certs cannot be cancelled.
2.13 In the case of disputed transaction being resolved in favor of the Cardholder and / or where a transaction is reversed the equivalent Rewards Points will also be reversed.
2.14 The usage of valid Multiple, Supplementary Cards for domestic / international purchases by Cardholders will accrue Rewards Points at the rates as defined in the table.
2.15 In the event of Card cancellation/upgraded to Inner Circle Platinum or the Emirates co-brand or any other Card that is not covered under the Program by a Cardholder, the Rewards Points that are in the Card Account should be redeemed before cancellation of existing Card. Once cancelled, Rewards Points cannot be redeemed.
2.16 Rewards Points earned vary by product and nature of spends. Refer table for product-wise earn. Rewards Points will not be accrued on charges that are subsequently reversed.
2.17 The Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in Program. Any such participation is voluntary. The Program is being made purely on a best effort basis.
2.18 All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Program or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
2.19 Free cards i.e. cards without Annual fees or Joining fees are not eligible to earn Rewards Points unless specified otherwise in the terms and conditions of the Reward in question.
3.1 You may select and redeem any one or more of the Rewards featured in the Program catalogue, our website or any other publications in any medium, via any redemption channel we make available to you from time to time. The use of any particular channel for redemption will be subject to the terms and conditions then in force. Your redemption will signify acceptance of these terms.
3.2 If you are not making the redemption request in person, we assume that all redemption requests made through electronic banking are made by you in your capacity as Principal Cardholder.
3.3 We will process your redemption request within the time frame as specified in the catalogue. The delivery of Rewards vouchers or products may vary depending on the actual Reward redeemed.
3.4 All requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to sufficient Rewards Points, and Rewards availability.
3.5 Redeemed rewards are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
3.6 Once you have confirmed your redemption request, it is irrevocable and you cannot ask for a refund of the Rewards Points used for the redemption, or reverse your request.
3.7 Redemption and use of a Reward is subject to availability and to such conditions as may be specified by the participating merchants. We are not responsible for ensuring that the product or service that you have redeemed for using your Rewards Points will be available. The participating merchant reserves the right to supply alternative products or services of similar quality or price to you.
3.8 Delivery will be made only to domestic addresses which are within the delivery limits specified by the primary courier.

3.9 The Cardholder authorises the bank to send the products through Speed Post service of India Post in case the addresses fall outside the deliverable area, as specified by the primary courier. Products will be dispatched within 30 working days of redemption. The Speed Post service is applicable only for select products and not available for the any gift cards and vouchers. With Speed Post you will not receive the Proof of Delivery details from the Bank. The Bank will not be responsible in case of any failure or deficiency on the part of India Post in delivering the product/consignment.
3.10 Cardholders need to have a minimum of 500 Rewards Points when redeeming for the first time. Subsequent redemptions can be made anytime.
3.11 Selection of products offered is and will be at the sole discretion of the Bank and is liable to change without notice.
3.12 There will be a handling charge of Rs.99/- at an order level towards redemption for:

The amount will be charged to your Card account.
3.13 Payment of any types of taxes including octroi, if any, shall be borne by the Cardholder.
3.14 In the event that the product (or voucher) received by you is damaged or incomplete, you need to communicate the same to the Bank within two (2) days of receipt of the product (or voucher) in order to receive the replacement product (or voucher).
3.15 The replacement product will be delivered within 15 working days from the time the request is made.
3.16 In the event that the order is returned undelivered, the points would be credited within three (3) working days.
3.17 You may add a Reward to a wishlist to be redeemed at a later date. We remove the item from your wishlist if it is no longer available for redemption.
3.18 From time to time we may introduce a Reward that may be available for redemption at a later time. You may add this to your waitlist, and we will notify you when the reward is available. Redemption of the Reward is still subject to availability and to the terms and conditions attached to the Reward.
Points Plus Pay
3.19 If you choose to redeem a Reward using our Points Plus Pay feature, we allow you the option to redeem using a combination of Rewards Points and cash payment, subject to a minimum number of Rewards Points that we may specify.
3.20 If we make this feature available to you, we facilitate Reward redemption with the given transaction amount as prescribed by the Bank per redemption.
3.21 Where Rewards are redeemed through a Points Plus Pay redemption, you irrevocably authorise us to debit your Card Account with the pay portion in the redemption. The charges for the pay portion will be shown in your statement following your redemption. We do not accept any other methods of payment.
3.22 If you return the Reward and ask us for a refund and we agree, the same number of Rewards Points redeemed for that product will be refunded to you and the same money amount paid for that product will be refunded to your Card Account.
3.23 If you choose to redeem a voucher, we send the voucher of the respective merchant to the Principal Cardholder’s mailing address as per bank records, unless you otherwise instruct us during the redemption process.
3.24 If you instruct us to issue and deliver the voucher to an address other that the address in bank records, the address for delivery of the voucher will not be used to update your address in our bank records.
3.25 You must use the Rewards Voucher in accordance with the terms stated in the Rewards Voucher. You must present the original Rewards Voucher and the Card used for redemption of the Reward to the merchant as proof of eligibility. The merchant may require you to sign on the Rewards Voucher prior to redemption.
3.26 If you have to make additional payment in order to use the Rewards Voucher, you have to charge the difference to your Standard Chartered Bank card. If the value of goods and services requested through the use of the Rewards Voucher is below the value stated in the Rewards Voucher, we or the merchant will not refund you with the difference.
3.27 You cannot exchange the Rewards Voucher that you have redeemed, for another voucher, product or service or ask for a cash refund.
3.28 You have to arrange or make, any additional meals, transportation or accommodation arrangement or any other incidental arrangements as may be necessary, in connection with any Rewards Voucher. Lost / expired vouchers will not be replaced & validity of vouchers will not be extended.
3.29 If you choose to redeem a product and once we have confirmed the redemption request, the Rewards Points cannot be transferred back to your Card Account.
3.30 We give no representation or warranty with respect to the Rewards redeemed. In particular, we do not represent or warrant the quality of the Rewards or their suitability for any purpose. Any disputes concerning the Rewards must be settled between yourself as cardholder and the participating merchant or supplier directly. We may assist you in providing you with the details of the supplier or participating merchant of the relevant Reward that you have redeemed.
3.31 Images on the site are for representative purpose. Actual colour of the product may vary from the one displayed on the site unless specified.
Air Miles Redemption (Mileage Transfer Program)
3.32 You may choose to convert your Rewards Points to frequent flyer miles with our participating airlines. You have to enroll with the participating airline’s program before you are eligible to convert your points. You must also join our Mileage Transfer Program and inform us of your frequent flyer membership at the point of redemption.
3.33 We charge a processing fee every time to transfer Rewards Points to partner airline.
3.34 Use of air miles is subject to the terms of the individual airline/s frequent flyer programs and may be restricted in its redemption of air tickets. We do not control the manner or any additional charges that may be levied by the airline when you use your air miles. Any dispute or feedback is solely between yourself and the airline.
3.35 You must notify us of any errors in the conversion of the Rewards Points within one month of the transaction date. We are not liable for any loss of Rewards Points if you do not report within the timeframe.
3.36 You will not receive any confirmation regarding the transfer. We advise you to check your frequent flyer program account with the airline concerned for an update of the air miles.
3.37 We are not responsible for the miles which have been successfully transferred or for the action of the individual airline in connection with the frequent flyer program.
3.38 We are not responsible for any changes made by the individual airline in connection with the mileage program terms and conditions, including the regulations, benefits, policies, condition of participating or mileage levels.
3.39 You can only convert Rewards Points to air miles for your own enrolment of the frequent flyer program.
3.40 Only 1 air mile redemption request can be processed in a day.
3.41 In case of rejection of air miles redemption request from the partner, the processing fee of Rs.99 will get reversed into the Card Account after 30 days. On rejection of air miles redemption request, the equivalent Reward Points will be re-credited to your Card Account.
3.42 An e-Voucher is an electronic Voucher which is sent to an email address. Email address is mandatory for e voucher redemption.
3.43 When redeeming an e-Voucher, we will send the e-Voucher to an email address specified by you, at the point of redemption
3.44 The use of the e-Voucher will be subject to the terms stated therein.
3.45 We are not responsible for any delay in transmission of, loss of, or non-receipt of, e-Vouchers redeemed by you, due to any reason whatsoever. One e- Voucher can only be redeemed once unless otherwise specified on the e-Voucher.
3.46 An mCert is an electronic voucher which will be sent to a mobile device via smart messaging (“SMS”).
3.47 All mCerts will be delivered to the specified mobile number provided by you when you redeem an mCert.
3.48 Receipts of the mCerts is at your risk. We do not replace or resend any mCerts that may not have been redeemed within the validity period mentioned on the mCerts due to whatever reason.
3.49 You are required to use the mCert in accordance with the terms stated therein.
3.50 One mCert can only be redeemed once unless otherwise specified on the mCert.
Accumulated Cashback redemption
3.51 You may also earn Cashback for spends on specific Bank Credit Cards. You may choose to credit the same on your credit card statement or redeem Extra Value Offers as listed on the Cashback catalogue.
3.52 We may agree, if you request and are eligible to participate in the Program, to transfer Rewards Points to nominated family members [or friends] who are also Cardholders and eligible to participate in the Program.
3.53 We cannot reverse, change or cancel any Rewards Points transfer once we have acted on your request.
3.54 We will take action including forfeiting the accumulated Rewards Points and cancelling your Card if we in our sole discretion suspect any fraud in, or abuse of, redemption of the Rewards Points transfer request.
Online Travel Redemption
3.55 Our online travel redemption website (“Travel Site”) is a website owned and powered by Asiatravel.com Holdings Limited which will feature promotions relating to travel, accommodation, packages which you can redeem using your Rewards Points.You can also purchase any products and services on Travel Site using your Card.
3.56 When you access the TravelSite through Bank website, your name and accumulated points will be transmitted to Travel Site through a one-way and one-time encrypted message. If you do not consent to your details being transmitted to Travel Site, please do not access the Travel Site. The operator of the Travel Site will not be able to access Bank’s website (secured or otherwise) to gather any more information, other than the information that was passed through.
3.57 All products and services offered on the Travel Site are offered by Asiatravel Holdings Limited. We do not endorse, and make no representation or warranty in connection with the products or services offered on the Travel Site. We are not responsible for any loss you incur in connection with those hyperlinked sites.
3.58 You may use your Rewards Points to redeem for any of the products / services that may be offered for Travel Site.
3.59 The Travel Site may also offer goods and services which you can purchase directly using our Card. The currency used for the transaction may be a foreign currency. The currency will be mentioned during the transaction.
3.60 Any transactions effected on the Travel Site are made on your own accord. We are not responsible, and make no representation as to the quality or suitability of the products or services for their purpose. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained herein, any dispute concerning the goods and services purchased or redeemed on the Travel Site must be settled by you directly with the Online Retailer. We do not take responsibility for resolving such disputes.
4.1 Our eShops will provide you with access to a website hosted and/or operated by our vendor. This website will in turn provide hyperlinks to the websites hosted and/or operated by the Online Retailers and displays promotions offered by the online retailers to you as our Cardholder.
4.2 For the avoidance of doubt this website does not include the websites hosted and/or operated by the Online Retailers.
4.3 If you do not consent to your details being transmitted, please do not access the eShops.
4.4 The vendor of website within eShops or hosts and /or operators of the Online Retailers will not be able to access our website (secured or otherwise) to gather any more information, other than the information that was passed through.
4.5 The Online Retailers appearing on eShops are independently run and not owned or partnered by us to provide products or services to you.
4.6 You may purchase the products or services on these websites using your card.
4.7 We are not responsible for, do not endorse, and make no representation or warranty in connection with, any hyperlinked internet sites on our website. We are not responsible for any loss you incur in connection with those hyperlinked sites.
4.8 Any transactions effected through eShops through the online retailer are made on your own accord. We are not responsible, and make no representation as to the quality or suitability of the products for their purpose. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained herein, any dispute concerning the goods and services purchased or redeemed on the Online Retailer’s website must be settled by you directly with the Online Retailer. We do not take responsibility for resolving such disputes.
4.9 The delivery may incur extra cost due to international courier charges.
5 No Liability
5.1 We are not liable for any Reward or the quality or performance of the Reward supplied by the participating merchant, shopping site, travel redemption site, service provider or other authorised agent under the Program. You must direct any complaints or feedback in respect of such Reward to the respective participating merchant, provider or agent.
5.2 We are not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards Vouchers, e-Vouchers, mCerts or any Reward redeemed under the Program.
6 Disclosure of information
6.1 In addition to the Customer Terms, you consent to our providing your account information to our vendor, merchant or supplier for the purposes of fulfilling your Rewards redemption request. Your information will also be provided to eShop, which is our partner’s online shopping website; and Travel Site if you choose to access those websites.
Any access that we may grant you from our Online Rewards Redemption website, or partner websites, will transport your navigation out of our sites. We are not responsible for, do not endorse, and make no representation or warranty in connection with, any hyperlinked internet sites on our website.
8 Meaning of words
You also need to refer to the product terms which also define key words specifically applicable to the product. If a word defined in these Customer Terms is also defined in any product terms, the definition in the product terms applies for the purposes of the applicable product.
Bank means Standard Chartered Bank.
Card means an ATM card, a debit card, a credit card, a prepaid card or a gift card or all of them, as the context require, issued by the Bank and Card Account shall mean the account of that particular Card.
Card Association means Visa International, MasterCard International or any other card association.
Cardholder means, for an account, each person to whom we issue a card on the account.
Principal Cardholder means the person to whom we issue a Primary Card.
Cashback means the value of money in Indian Rupees accumulated in the account of the cardholder based on the usage of the credit card
Credit Card means a credit card with the branding of a card association issued by us to you in accordance with credit card product terms.
Spends means retail transactions charged to the credit card reflected in the statement in any particular month.
Program means Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Program.
Primary Card means, for an account for a credit card, a credit card issued to the primary cardholder.
Supplementary Card means, for an account for a credit card, a credit card issued to a person you authorise as a supplementary cardholder on your account for the credit card.
Supplementary Cardholder means each person to whom we issue a supplementary card.
Reward means, products and services, including cash back and air miles that may be redeemed by you using Rewards Points credited under this Program.
Rewards Points means points credited to the account of the cardholder based on the usage of the credit card.
Terms means Terms and Conditions of the Program.
You means you, your supplementary cardholder, your joint account holder or your authorised person who are our Private Banking, Priority Banking, Preferred Banking or Personal Banking customers.
9 Other 3rd Party Terms & Conditions
Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points Program is made available only to Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card customers holding valid Standard Chartered
Bank Credit Cards in India, UAE and Sri Lanka.
This scheme shall remain in force till such time till it is otherwise terminated by Standard Chartered Bank.
Standard Chartered Bank expressly reserves the rights at any time and without any previous notice to alter, modify, change or vary the rate at which the Rewards Plus points are awarded and redeemed.
Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points will be awarded to a Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card member for valid charges incurred on a valid Card. No Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points will be awarded to customers towards transaction fees and charges. Standard Chartered Bank may award Rewards Points on a uniform basis for any other actions as Standard Chartered Bank may decide either for a specific period or for a specific situation.
Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points are redeemable for purchase of specific goods and vouchers as may, from time to time, be intimated by Standard Chartered Bank.
On redemption, the Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points so redeemed would be automatically deleted from the accumulated Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points in the Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Cardmember's Account.
No accumulation or redemption of Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points will be permissible if, on relevant date, the Card has been withdrawn or cancelled or is liable to be cancelled, or if the account of the Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Cardmember is a delinquent account, or if there is any breach of any clause of the Terms and Conditions applicable on the card Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points will lapse on the date of closure / cancellation of the Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card.
Standard Chartered Bank's computation of Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points shall be final, conclusive, and binding on a Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Cardmember and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned, except in case of manifest error.
All goods / services under the Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Points Program are subject to availability of the goods and supplier restrictions, at the time of redemption.
All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Program or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts/tribunals in Mumbai.
